Not strictly Winsford, but the Davenham/Moulton Bypass, the A533, is one of the man routes into Winsford. It was constructed in around 1998.
The picture shows Davenham Church very clearly, along with the villages of Davenham and Kingsmead.
The route of the road is very clear and the Whatcroft road (Shipbrook Road) bridge that goes over the bypass is clear.
The state of the field on the left of the map is interesting as it is not part of the main route. It wasn’t part of the old Jack Lane road either. It must have been used for parking/storage/access for the road construction staff.
